Prior to the fill cycle, an operator places the neck of the bag over the outer fill spout. The bag is held in place on this spout by an inflatable bladder which creates a positive seal, eliminating dust problems. With power height adjustment, the bag can be partially suspended during early fill to aid in bag fill out. Optional knife gates provide trouble-free product flow control. The filled bag's straps can be automatically released for bag transfer by a conveyor or removal with a fork lift.
